all-in-all the product works exactly as billed. It simplies the process of getting the dozens of cards I get each week into my database. I couldn't imagine NOT having it.
Pros: Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Excellent Software

Card Scan has been very good at scanning business cards. I would like to migrate away from the Outlook address book to Card Scan. Therein lies the problem - how to make the conversion and still use the other Outlook features, i.e. calendar etc with Card Scan replacing the Outlook address book. [...]

Ease of use provides a value add when dealing with multiple contacts and trying to organize and maintain a callback list. The only drawback that I have encountered is staying current with the product versions.

I use this product to get control of my networking activities. I am a sole-proprietor and having the ability to scan in a database of contacts allows me more freedom to do other "billable" tasks.
