Biz Card & Contact management made EASY!

Biz cards are something we exchange many times almost everyday. However managing the contacts, storing and retrieving information, especially when we need it urgently, is a night mare and time consuming. Every client contact, prospects, events, that important guest list, all are very important part of our business development. Card Scan makes all of these process work efficiently, in a simple manner even for technically challenged. I wonder why we waited so long to acquire this simple but extremely useful tool. I am recommending this to my office associates and probably for our corporate use. You should try this too. Its simple and amazing.

Makes Life So Easy

Finding an entry is the fastest and best in the business Accuracy of scan read is improving and editing is less of a chore than it was i the past. Working with the online version is slow and unweildy. I cannot do many applications on line that I can with the PC version such as making new mailing lists or even simple copy and paste.
Pros: Flexible Applications, Easy To Use, Small Footprint, Reliable Performance, Search Best Available, Quality Construction, Works Efficiently
Cons: On Line Too Clumsy

Cardscan essential for overseas travel

The product is a total dream. I know how difficult OCR technology is to perfect and apply. You have done a great job. The scanner is a joy to take on extended business trips, and since it has a USB power source, it is totally convenient. Helps to manage my many contacts. Able to keep a copy of business cards and view them as needed. Easy to scan in. Accuracte scanning.

Great improvement over the 500 series I had. However, the software causes changes to my monitor colors when cardscan is active, which I do not like and so I close it when not in use. This is a significant problem.

I use it for my database of customers and propective customers...auto update is one of the most practicle features for me.
