Fast, accurate and reliable

Unit works quickly and well, yet needs a better means to collect cards once completed. As it is now, cards do not fully eject, the result being that on multi card scans the cards dont stack and end up being a mess

Helps keeps managers in touch with their extensive contact list without using up expensive secretarial hours both to input and retreive information. My business has acquired around 5,000 active contacts in three continents and the most satisfactory and even pleasurable way to keep track of these contacts that I have discovered is CardScan. The online account also allows me to find any contact from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Biz Card & Contact management made EASY!

Biz cards are something we exchange many times almost everyday. However managing the contacts, storing and retrieving information, especially when we need it urgently, is a night mare and time consuming. Every client contact, prospects, events, that important guest list, all are very important part of our business development. Card Scan makes all of these process work efficiently, in a simple manner even for technically challenged. I wonder why we waited so long to acquire this simple but extremely useful tool. I am recommending this to my office associates and probably for our corporate use. You should try this too. Its simple and amazing.
