I had lost everything on my computer because of a computer virus. Thank God for Cardscan's online backup because I was able to continue working with my clients and keep running my business while we tried to recover the lost information from our server. Excellent product!

CardScan -- A Must Have!

I am the owner of a small business that provides professional services. I meet many people on a weekly basis and need to capture their contact information. Before CardScan, it would take me days to enter the information and follow-up. How I dreaded the manual entry and the cardspiled up. With CardScan, cards are in Outlook and my Treo in minutes.

Perfect On-the-Go Scanner

The biggest plus I've found for my executive CardScan is using it at a Convention. Scanning cards during slow times as an exhibitor is a real time saver.
Pros: Compact for travel, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance

"Outlook's better half"

I use my CardScan for all of my business contacts, great way to organize cards, although they don't display as I wish they would in Outlook. I can't organize them in the cardscan software as easily as I can in Outlook. When syncing, categories get switched around and names get screwed up.
Pros: Reliable Performance, Pretty Accurate, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Doesn't sync as hoped
