Easy entry of new contacts especially after trade shows. The find duplicates feature saves having to search the file before scanning. Just scan and search after.

Good product could be very useful as a tool for other items if you would allow open proramming so as to set up the fields it would read, Say for instance for medical charts or maintanence schedules in which you allow the fields to be named by the user or if you could be contacted and I would explain in depth
