feeding the card

i have issues with the feeding the card.it goes sideways alot. think the guide could be larger.

I scanned a batch of 200 cards, and every one had at least one error. My pet pieve is when it recognizes an e-mail address, but it gets the @ sign as (6) or something. I wish there were some more reliable scanning (OCR) software out there.

Cons: Unreliable Performance

Missing a lot of mapping fields to make it compatible with MS Outlook, PDAs, etc...
Pros: Quality Construction, Easy To Use, Small Footprint
Cons: Unreliable Performance, Not fully compatible

The product needs to be more accessable to other programs. I would like to be able to download it without difficulty to excel and seperate by catagory or even download it to a database. When I tried to do so, it was extreemly difficult.
