Great help for a me because I travel quite a bit. It allowed me to get rid of my two big rolodex's and free up space on my desk, clean-up all those business cards in my desk and at home. Cardscan took me to another level of organization.

No More Business Card Stacks!

We all collect business cards, and when the stacks need rubber bands, you need this tool! In less than an hour, the CardScan system handled over 400 cards, including odd-sized international varieties, with very few errors and dumped the contact information directly into my Outlook contacts. While I won't use it every day, it's the right tool for the job

Dump the card stack and get organized

I'm in sales and pick up business cards all day. I used to keep a stack of them in my car wrapped in a rubber band. Then I moved up to stapling them to index cards with my notes. Now I scan them, download them to my Palm phone, and all of my contact notes are at my fingertips. Recalling names and contact information is a snap. Thanks Cardscan.

We like to say that if you can't read a card easily, then CardScan might have problems with it as well.

Built with one purpose in mind

I work a number of trade show each year and come back with stacks of business cards that I used to process by hand. CardScan Executive processes better than 95% of the cards without error, and as a bonus keeps my address book up to date automatically. The CardScan software allows me to manage all my new contacts in basically a one-step process, from scan to verify, freeing me up to build my business.
