Recently purchased the Executive CardScan as a replacement to an older version. Wow, what an improvement! The accuracy and speed of this new version is a marked improvement. I was able to scan and process 170 cards in less than 1 hour. It also syncs perfectly with Outlook. Great product.

THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I KEEPS ALL YOUR NUMBERS IN ONE PLACE AND YOU CAN HAVE ALL YOUR NUMBERS WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. THEY HAVE AN ONLINE LIBRARY THAT'S UPDATED EVERY TIME YOU CLOSE THE CARD SCAN PROGRAM. GREAT FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE ON THE GO!

Before I brough this product I had 3 big stacks of business cards of over 300 contacts. Everytime I wanted to contact someone I had to go through all the cards to find one card. Usually it was in the last stack that I looked in. Now I just bring up the Contact file and type in part or all of a key word and "shazam" there is the card and info in front of me on my desktop computer/laptop.

CardScan Executive has really helped me to organize my contacts. I did not realize how many cards I had until I started the scanning. The ability to add categories really helps me to customize organization. I also appreciate the fact that the search function scans all fields. The scanner could be more accurate but it is running at about 90%.
