Imput business card. Important to get all the contact information correct. CardScan does that for me without having to take the time to type in all the information that I never did before cardscan.
Pros: Works Efficiently, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance

I don't know the difference between business and personal, so I keep everything I did before on Rolodex cards on CardScan--like credit card numbers (in case of loss)etc. vehicle reg. numbers, birth dates,names of clients' spouses or their children, etc. You can see I use the notes tab quite a bit.
Pros: Easy To Use, Works Efficiently, Quality Construction, Reliable Performance, Small Footprint
Cons: I've got no beef.

A decade of business cards

I've wanted a CardScan for years but never bought one because I primarily used Macs. Now that I use a PC for work, I splurged on a scanner and have been catching up on more than a decade of business cards, some of which I gathered while I was a business journalist. Not only are my contacts better organized than they've ever been, I'm revisiting a lot of people I need to reconnect with. Catching up on the backlog has been a herculean task, and I'm looking forward to smaller batches. That said, I've been impressed by the OCR and ease of use.

Not only it works very efficiently but it also is very fast and accurate. And forget performance, what about the security if offers giving me the comfort to go to [@]to retrieve my databased when I need to! No ifs or buts...
