Greatest benefit of this product: ease of use. Best feature improvement: USB connection I am still waiting, however, (this is my second CardScan purchase) for the OCR software to improve. Characters should not get "dropped" when reading white background cards, if the font is TrueType.
Pros: Small Footprint, Easy To Use
Cons: Sometimes drops character

Best Investment I have Made

The ease of use is the most important thing to me, and the ONLINE back up is the second most important. I had my computer completely crash! I was devestated with the loss of all my contacts. I had primarly been using Outlook. after a few days I remembered about my online back up of cardscan! What a relief - at least I had about half of my contacts from cardscan. I downloaded all my information, and started syncing, on a regualr basis - between Outlook and Cardscan. 1 month after I had everything updated - My computer was stolen! Now I had everything backed up online - what a relief! I dont know how many times I have been at a clients and needed a number - I just went online! Great product - and Super easy to use
