A friend gave me Card Scan five years ago . It was one of the most pactical gift anyone has given me . I never stopped using it since .This product is easy to use and packed with practical.What I appriciate the most about this product is that it gave me the opportunity to access my contacts easly and where ever I go.

Commitment to consistent use is essential. Transfering notes from the back of cards takes a minute or two but makes the record permanent and useful.

Huge time saver

I am not wild about the Outlook, CardScan, and the At Your Service feature triangle; there should be a better way to keep things in sync with the latest info updates. But it works well enough that I get changes on a regular basis. Timely changes for contact info is vital to stay close to clients - especially when they change firms.

Cons: OCR is not 100
