One of the best "little" tools for Sales

Using the notes field for any comments is a great sales tool. To retrieve some info couldn't be any easier with the super find option.
Pros: User Friendly, Works Efficiently, Quality Construction, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance

I don't know why I waited so long. My productivity has grown 200%. No more looking for business cards for phone numbers and addresses. Now CardScan is the first place I head. CardScan reads things I can't. Truly an amazing time saving product.

CardScan is so easy to use...scan, verify, merge with Outlook and then my PDA. It's great for instant contact at trade shows and conventions. I can scan and fulfill information requests right from my hotel room every night.

Great product, however, scanning for duplicates could be improved upon. ie, if I scan a card that is already in the system, it should automatically tell me rather than having to scan for duplicates later.

Great product except that it continues to create duplicates of some of my contacts, but not all the info is duplicated so they are not identical which makes it time consuming to delete the "extras".

Cardscan offers everything what it has promised. Easy to use, never fails. Also the webinterface is a very useful tool !

The CEO of our company collects a minimum of 30 business cards on her trips, therefore mounting up to around 100 cards a month. Cardscan makes it easier for me to input in a database and catagorize.
