The Best CRM System for Sales Execs

I have 3400 contacts from all 50 states; this tool is indispensable. I cannot go a day without using it. It manages so many areas so well. The best feature is the categories and search ability. I can sort the contacts, find the contacts, and retrieve any bit of information I need quickly. When my laptop crashed recently, my CardScan files were restored in minutes. This system is the best there is in my 24 years as a sales professional. Highly recommend.

I use this product for small conferences and all trade shows. I don't have to use the show scanners and wait in the lines and pay all the outrageous fees! Any worthwhile prospect has a least one business card on them. When you tell them you'll give it back they will always let you scan it. This makes your show prospect list more valuable than a badge scan of someone whi is only looking for free stuff.

In today's day and age more business professionals are moving toward business networking to find more sales. Card scan is a must to handle all those business cards from the people you meet networking!

The Card Scan Executive is fast, reliable and accurate. The technology is amazing! I reduced several stacks of over 1,000 business cards (which took up a lot of space) to my laptop. The search feature is fantastic. This is a "must have" product if you do any kind of networking at all.
