The Power of CardScan Executive for me!

As many salespeople do, we gather business cards every day and until CardScan Executive, organizing, categorizing and making access to the information was time consuming. The Executive streamlines the organization of this data so it is available by the individual's name, company name, category and you have the flexibility to add your own category, if necessary. It has saved me so much time and money - I also sync it with Outlook and my Blackberry which is an added bonus! I love this product!
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Excellent Organizer

Best software ever!

As a former software product manager, I know how difficult it can be do develop software/hardware that work seamlessly together to delight the customer - every time. CardScan is a homerun! While some card logos/fonts aren't picked up, the system provides an easy way to ensure that every card is 100% correct. AND - CardScan Active goes out of its way to ensure that the accuracy stays that way - forevery. That's a tall order, but CardScan delivers for me. Thanks

A must have product for anyone in business by putting all contact information at your fingertips. Manages contacts efficiently and effectively; it eliminates clutter and "business card agida".

Saves Organizational Time

As a banker I am constantly picking up B/C's, and having to file them becomes a chore. Card Scan has made that task a non event.

Great Product with Great Functionality

It's a great product that provides you the comfort and security of knowing that you will always be up to date with the contact details of your networks. CardScan @yourservice has been great in ensuring that my contacts are able to update their contact information or confirm their valadity every four months to ensure that I can keep track of changes to their professional portfolios as well as to ensure that I do not lose contact with both clients, associates, family and friends. I no longer have to manual enter fields into Microsoft Outlook. All I do is scan the card, visually confirm that the information has been copied accurately into the CardScan software's database, and the information is immediately synced with outlook without even having to click anything. The great thing is that there is two-way sync. When you change something or create a new contact in CardScan, it transfers that information to outlook immediately. When you change something in outlook, same thing happens on the other side. All I do is scan, allow to sync, and sync with my iPhone, and just like that I ensure that all the places in which I store contact data have consistent and up to date information. The only drawback is that there is yet no way to add card images to existing contacts. you either have to scan the card and create a new contact and add additional information, or there is a work around published on the DYMO website's help section which allows you synergize 'duplicate' contacts. Although this process is a bit shakey and inconvenient, it still works, but I hope DYMO will come out with an update in its next software release that will rectify this problem, as I am sure that many people will want to scan cards that they received before they purchased their card scanner to update the contact profiles they've already created in outlook.
