Great convenience, Accurate Scanning

Typically accurate read of business cards, even with fine print. Capture of back of card image allows me to make handwritten notes. Ability to reference contact information over the internet is great. CardScan at your service updating is a nice feature, but in a perfect world linking to LinkedIn would be best. Adequately fast even with a big stack of cards. Good outlook sync. Customer service was very helpful to me.

Very happy, but some gaps and wishes

I like this product very much and have been through several versions. It is my primary contact manager. I can recommend it and would not want to be without it. I wish it had more contact manager like features so I could track dates and follow-ups.

If you have a stack of cards and you are losing contacts, buy this now. CardScan Exec makes it fun to manage contacts,- I have mine set up so as soon as I scan a card- the contact information auto syncs to my Blackberry. Awesome!

Could use a better merging routine. Doesn't allow you enough controls on what has priority over the two merge files. Could also use selective merge.

Can be innaccurate and slow with prefixes/suffixes etc not in common use in the USA, and may require substantial correction, For a global product this is disappointing.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Good Resolution
Cons: Inaccurate, Difficult To Sync
