CardScan reduces clutter. I can throw away those stacks of cards in my deck drawer. CardScan provides tons of functionality to otherwise static business cards. Besides the quick scan and optical character reading of the text on the cards, I love that fact that I can sync the contact info with my Microsoft Outlook email contact list. That has paid for itself. My only question is why did I wait so long to purchase my CardScan?

Excellent Business Productivity Tool

I scan the business cards of people I meet at networking events to add them to my database and synch with my Outlook contacts. It is easy to do and works very efficently. I also use CardScan to send emails to my contacts every quarter asking them to confirm or update the contact info I have.
