Essential tool for time management

My business requires multiple business contacts and cold calls. My Executive Card scan is light years better than the previous methodology of trying to keep cards arranged in business card jackets in a 3 ring binder.

This product is our offices single greatest database becuase it uses all the possible venues to retrieve information. My boss asked me to find the guyt that drop off his card from a particular company. Becuase I could search by company name and then visually confirm the perons' contact information with the card view, it made my job all the more simple. My office is finally Rolodex-free!

Great product was recommended by a friend. I have owned it for over a year, and can not seem to get any help regarding syncing my personal accounts with my business one and my blackberry with outlook for new contacts. So if you really will read this and give me a call to correct this issue, I might be happy with this purchase and recommend it to others.

Have had difficulty trying to back up clients info from cards. If my computer goes down I have not been able to back up and have had cardscan for a year.
