Amazing Product!

Over the years I had collect business cards and threw them into a box. I recently started my own company and knew I was going to need to look for referrals from those same people I met over the years. By using CardScan I was able to add hundreds of people to my address book. Now I use it every week to add new contacts that I meet with.
Pros: Small Footprint, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance

Great Scanning Service Delivered

I have scores of business cards collected over time. Now I can clear the clutter and maintain my list of contacts. Addtionally, the list is backed up automaticly to a secure website that I can get to from anywhere at anytime.
Pros: Works Efficiently, Quality Construction, Easy To Use

CardScan profives quick and convenient access to my business cards and contacts. Full color scanning makes business cards a dream to read. It is great for quick information lookup, creating labels, and creating contact lists. It is a tremendous product becuase it is so easy to use.

Get Organized, Get CardScan

I visit and see many different contacts in a day. I keep this device with me and scan my cards into the laptop at the end of the day and it syncronizes with Outlook which in turn syncs with my Blackberry! Great job! Now I have all of my customer contacts in Outlook and my phone simeotaneously! I have over 900 contacts so you can see how important this is. Also I have a backup of this information on the CardScan website. This is really a great product! The only addition that I could ask for is if they could make it where you could have a copy of the business card in Outlook, or send copies of the business card in e-mail.

The CardScan Executive is a great and easy way to capture lead information, especially on the go. Adding notes to a contact is simple and exporting the files for uploading into a CRM is easy and painless. We use the reverse side of business cards to take notes, so the reverse-side scan is a big plus. Would love a double-sided scan option (scans top and bottom at once). At times, however, the text recognition makes mistakes and correction can be tedious. But the saved image helps when misspellings and errors occur.
