Cardscan works well bu tneed refinment

Need to be able to lock/unlock contact information to prevent accidental changes once verified Does not work with Windows CTRL+INSERT / SHIFT+INSERT short cut keys Minor synchronization issues with Maximizer. Some fields not managed well but workable Needs Import / Export of V-Cards (Beyond dragging a V-Card to the Cardscan app
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Interfaces fairly well, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly
Cons: Problems with Synchroniza, Can't Lock Entry

No Cardscan Updates for Windows 7

Love the product but cannot get it to work with Windows 7. Can not download new software in Canada. No one answers questions in support.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Does Not Like Windows 7

Fabulous customer service! Great for consolidating all contacts met at tradeshow and consolidating meeting reports when distributed on excel file format. More efficient upload into Outlook and company database.

NEED Touch iPod/iPhone application to sync with atyourservice! WorldCard is working hard to make this connection. They don't have atyourservice YET. You have a fantastic system just that I cannot use atyourservice with a Mac or Touch iPod. As soon as someone offers this, I will have a used CardScan to go on [...]. PLEASE, get the app done!

A Good Product, Increases Productivity

I had problems with software out of the box, but the tec-team helped me through my issues quickly. Since then, this has been a good product to keep us organized and keep our contacts data up to date and accurate. This is a better system for capturing contacts and increasing productivity. We recommend this product to any company or professional whose contacts are important.

If you have post cards or brochures it is easy to export a mailing list from your potential client category in Cardscans and merge them into the post card or brochures for a real pro look.
