Quick and easy but....

It's a great product but still every single card needs to be checked for accuracy as a lot of times postal codes are inaccurate or phone numbers, sometimes the full name of the company. Also, I wish there was an "Undo" button. Thank you for the opportunity for input.

Overall good value for the money

Our sales force collects business cards, and the cards get uploaded into CardScan to use for marketing purposes. It works great!
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Must cleanup data

Does not work with CRM

Used this for 2 years and now I need to transfer contacts to CRM. It will not perform this function. I have to rebuild the 600 contacts manually. Thank you Dymo

Easy to consolidate contact cards and store the data in an easy to use manner. Synchs well with outlook and ACT.

Should be Marketing however I never get to this state and need training - do you have disc or online disc trining?

You only get as much out of any product as you put into it. Cardscan makes it easy to get a lot of information with a small amount of work.
