Access Your Business Cards from Anywhere

It is very easy to use, and saves a lot of time. Just drop the card into to the slot. It is accurate 95% of the times.

Excellent way to stay organized

I have been using CardScan for years. I found it to be the easiest way to keep contacts completely organized. Sorting by name, company, etc. is a snap. I use it to sync with Outlook avoiding the need to use Outlook's contact manager. The automatic backup via the online AtYourService is great since you can never lose your contacts even if your hard drive crashes. My only major complain is the lack of an iPhone application. This would make this product a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 (actually, I'd give it a 4.5/5). Please get an iPhone application!!

scans less accuretaly than previous versions. A lot of manual corrections necessary

As an International Rep I get more cards than I had space to store. And the hassle to find the card I needed was to much of a task. With my card scan all of the above has changed. I can go to Trade show get 50 cards, scan them in no time and locate the card I want in a dash. They call me Mr. Gaget, and I approve of this product.

Excellent productivity tool!

I can think of countless applications for using cardscan, though the one that keeps coming back is the productivity that you gain by scanning cards, having immediate access to the information, and being able to sync all of the data to your laptop, PDA, or smart phone. You can forget about thinking where you might have put that business card once you have one of these little devices! Just love having it!
