The system eliminates sth stacks of cards and the books that are always in the way, Picks up the correct information on the most elaborate of card

Pack it in my brief case and take it straight to the trade show. That night Instaed of Drinking like an idiot.. Put all my new contacts with notes directly in rather than wait days later when you no longer remember.. Product works great. Only feature it does not do is that I would like it to sync with Outlook and only add those names not alrady in Outlook.

I use the product to scan business cards that I collect at trade shows. It does a very good job of recognition, requiring help on phone numbers about 20% of the time. Almost everything else is perfect. The product is challenged to recognize a phone number with one or more imbedded "/", which the Germans do quite often. If you would like, I can send you some examples. It would also be nice if the country were more readily recognized when it is not a US address. One can always try to key off the country code of the phone number, or know what country to tie the city to. Huge task, I know. One could start with the most populace cities and work from there.

Collect business cards from customer meetings or conferences and uploadto my laptop when in the office. If you invented cardscan scanner in a laptop computer slot, it will be great !!!!

Very reliable and crash proof. New OCR software works great! Only wish is to be able too drag and drop names/cards between open files.

Suggest creating a overlapped tabbed HMI. Current interface uses up too much display realestate when one has many databases. Forces me to close databases.
