Constantly updating our database and this works perfectly with Outlook, I had only one minor issue when I got a new computer syncing up again, and our IT person took care of that, it has been a great time saving tool for me

i dont have carry my name card holder and when out of the office travelling just log on to net and find my client contact

Everyday quick access to telephone numbers and addresses. As a PA who makes and receives calls on behalf of her boss, I find it invaluable and time saving. I don't know how I managed without it!

Sometimes the data doesn't scan accurately into the cardscan software, but more often than not, that is because the person tried to get overly creative with their card design.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly

Needed: (1)an exact match to MS Outlook fields. (2) a better duplicate contacts finder, which would allow flexible searching - e.g.separately by first and last name, last name alone, by email, by address, by phone number, etc.
