Simple perfection

I actually own two of these. One sitting in my office and one used on the run and privately. On one occasion I lost all my contact ifo in a computer crash but after reinstalling cardscan I was delighted to see all of it magically reappear when I gave it my account details with card scan backup service. I have a couple of newer corresponding systems (not cardscan)as well but my trusted cardscan is still the best at what it does.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately

The product can be better if it scanned directly into Outlook and you did not have to install the Cardscan desktop then sync the two applications.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync

I can't stress how much time and money this saves me. worth every penny just in terms of money and time saved.

My boss and I are both connected to the database. I input the cards and he uses it to find phone numbers and addresses. Saved us TONS of time when printing labels for Christmas cards. I also enter where he gets each card to track how many contacts are made.

Constantly updating our database and this works perfectly with Outlook, I had only one minor issue when I got a new computer syncing up again, and our IT person took care of that, it has been a great time saving tool for me
