Best Software Technical Support

Cardscan is the easiest sofware that I have purchased. Cardscan technical support is the best in the business. I wish it had a feature to add a photo into the notes section or by adding a field. I store candidates resumes and it would be a great enhancement if I could save their photo in their record. Adding a photo would be great for people that are using a dating site. I copy the profiles of women I will be dating into the notes section and it would be great to store their photo in their record.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: No Photo add feature

I use CardScan to collect hundreds of contacts that I later call to do business with. I can easily find them with the Category Features built in to the programs website.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly

Portable, Reliable and Works Everytime

I often created binders with contact business cards, after creating a couple that were 3" thick, decided on the card scan. Now everything is on my computer. Its portable, scans well and its very reliable.

Quick scanning for capturing, storing and categorizing contacts. The categorizing of new contacts by the conference or trade show where they were made makes it easy to provide a report of results to others in the company.

Why only in English?

The software sync the contacts and sents without asking a mail. Many of my German contacts are confused if they get a mail to review the given data or didn't get the mail because it is automatically transfered to the Spam
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Transport
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Works Slowly, Only in English, Inaccurate

I am able to use fields to keep track of my other salesman contacts as well as my own.
Pros: Versatile product, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately

I use it mainly for trade shows where I receive hundreds of business cards in a short time. CardScan saved hours of manual input and captured data I probably wouldn't have bothered capturing manually, but now find very useful. Adding a category each time I scan a batch of cards helps me keep track of which card scans are the most up to date.
