advanced contact managment made easy

i had 100's of contacts with partial info and info to update that i could not get to. the data verification in the merge allows you to select the data you want and delete the data you dont want based on a scan of the last card. very nice. takes time to get started but worth the time and effort once you are done.

Contact Management At It's Best!

I love this product. I use it at trade shows and conventions, so I don't have to have a collection of cards with me where ever I go. Its fast and easy and the customer gets to keep his card. There are so many other things I can use it for, but I haven't had the time to explore all of its capabilities. Once in a blue moon, it will misread a card. I am not sure if its because I put it in sideways or crooked, but its by no means, any reason NOT to purchase this great product.

I use cardscan to sync outlook as well as my windows mobile phone. It works great with both and is a great time saver.
