A Business "Must Have"!

Being a Realtor, I get literally dozens of cards from networking events, trade shows, builders, and other real estate professionals, as well as my clients, almost on a daily basis. I use my scanner constantly to enter cards, catagorize people and grow my database. I have professionals at my fingertips when my clients need them. I keep notes as to when and where I met people and if I've done business with them, I keep notes on that, too. Entering cards is super easy and quick. I do however, have to keep an eye on accuracy, especially with dark colored cards or cards with special fonts. I would say accuracy is good most of the time. For the money, this scanner was worth every dime. I've had mine for 3 years now, and newer versions have come out, but mine is still going strong, and there's no need to upgrade yet! I have, and will continue to recommend CardScan.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use
Cons: Inaccurate

Plan on spending approx 1 minute per card to scan, make corrections and verify. Depending on the card it sometimes has problems with foil and raised printing.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Inaccurate
