Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Good Resolution

Simple, really plug and play and easy to combine multiple databases

Doesn't work with current ver of Windows

I've been using CardScan for years for 10 years. I just purcased a new computer and new CardScan scanner and software only to find it doesn't work with Windows 7 - 64 bit. Why not? Was told by Tech Supprot they are working on it but was told that 2 years ago when Vista 64 bit came out and they never deilvered. Since they didn't deliver with Vista I'm not expecting them to deliver with Windows 7 either. I have recommened this product to several friends, but I can't now, it doesn't work with today's operating systems.
Cons: Doesn't work with Windows
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use it to organize contacts and network. I like that it is in color. Things to improve: *sometimes hard to align *too noisy *software interface could be friendlier

I am using the product to build a full outlook contact list. Unfortunately I cannot do this on my work computer network. So I am trying to build a consolidated Business contact list using the export function to Excel. The device scans excellently and creates the lists as required, however the export does not incorporate easily into outlook.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Poor Exporting Features, Difficult To Search

As the owner of a small business, I sometimes receive 20 to 30 cards a week. Entering these into a contact database used to take me an hour or more every week. After loading cardscan, I entered approximately 50 cards in 15 minutes! This is a great tool to reduce tedioum and allow you to concentrate on important work!

Cardscan is a great way to stop the laborious and tedious process of capturing your contacts and their information. The scanning is quite accurate and the ability to store the card image with the contact is a great benefit.
