Love the product, needs some updating

The products needs to be updated using current windows systems, Vista and Windows 7. also, it doesn't Sync to Blackberry which forces me to sync to Outlook then blackberry and it never works cleanly or correctly.
Pros: Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Needs new Windows updates, No Sync to Blackberry

It does what it says. I was particularly impressed with your service. After having changed computer OS I was given the proper software update absolutely free. It made my OLD product New and useful again.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport
Cons: Not 100 perfect accuracy

I use the software almost every day helping me filter different prospects and the sync it with ACT! 6.0. I also use it for other personal activities like managing a car club members names and addresses. The software is extremely easy to use and very quick.

Good scanning result but poor interface

The sync of the database with Lotus Notes is a nightmare. I am still not able to set this up correctly although tried everything out. This reduces the total functionality and efficiency.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult To Sync

I use it to save cards collected but unfortunely I don't understand all the applications it offers. I hate spending time reading all the guides and there is no quick 3 step point form lessons so it is not used to its potential.
