Nearly Perfect

This is a quintessential "must have" tool for organizing all contact info. The Cardscann Executive is well designed, efficient and durable, and the technical support is curteous, patient and professional... Overall, this is a great product with excellent "live" tech support. The only imperfection is for the international language recognition... Chinese (simplified and traditional), Japanese and Korean are languages that are very common in many industries. To remain globally competitive, I would strongly recommend that the foresaid languages be added. I have seen "very" similar products with all my forementioned capabilities including "live" tech support, yet still priced 25% lower. When such improvements are implemented, please provide update software to all users. I hope you will always be vigilent and competitive --- to you, a great success!!!

This is a wonderful product for any business person. Should offer ways to sort contacts such as business, personal, last name, first name or comapny name. Would make it easier to find what you are looking for.

I use the product to capture all my contacts worldwide and in many different languages. I am trying to consolidate this data with my contacts at MS Outlook and am unable to do that. In that fashion I can use the email addresses for easy correspondence.

Dymo LableWriter Duo needs a fix for Outlook 2007 as there is no Outlook Add-In that I can understand in Outlook 2007. I like it best when I can sync my CardScan with my LableWriter Duo for business. Company laptop is Windows XP with Outlook 2007.

I love my Cardscan! Gone are the piles of Business Cards collecting dust on my desk waiting for that "free time" to type it all in to Outlook! And the At Your Service Updates are fabulous!

Love the product, needs some updating

The products needs to be updated using current windows systems, Vista and Windows 7. also, it doesn't Sync to Blackberry which forces me to sync to Outlook then blackberry and it never works cleanly or correctly.
