The product greatly decreases the time needed to align CRM, Outlook, and personal contacts so that you can be efficient in identifying activities to the right contact.

Excellent tool, 2 small shortcomings

Excellent hardware and software. Use it every day. Impressive ability to find data on card even if card is portrait rather than landscape or in foreign languages. Shortcomings are 1) the inability to copy all the data and paste at once to a word doc, email, etc, to share with collegues, and 2) the inability to sync contacts with Lotus Notes on a company server.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: Cannot sync Lotus server, Cannot copypaste data

As a design professional my data base of contacts is a very important aspect of my business. When I lost my data base all I had was business cards. Card Scan allowed me to quickly and accurately rebuild my data base and let me get back to work.
