A Great Upgrade from Previous Versions

We use it for business and personal. Easily takes the cards and for the most part, information is correct and in its rightful category. But it still requires checking every card for errors. A fabulous upgrade from my previous version of 6.0 and older scanner. I have had to stop the upload to my cell phone as there is a software issue going on that TOTALLY eliminates some of my contacts, both on the phone and on CardScan as it shares.
Pros: Reliable Performance, Works Efficiently, Easy To Use
Cons: Still need corrections

How did I live without this before???

I attend at least one trade show per week and bring back at least a few dozen business cards. Until I found the Cardscan Executive, I was sorting, storing and leafing through cards to find what I needed. Now, I can simply "call it up" on my computer or PDA and have a real copy of the exact information on the card. Love it!!!!

A Great Time Saver!

Overall it was easy to install and to start using.. Called Customer Support a few times and they responded quickly. I use Outlook so I transfer my leads into outlook but then have to transfer back out of outlook into another format to get the names and address into my Business Application so I can do Direct Mail using Postcards and greeting cards from my business application. I do little email since it is not as personal and does not get the response as my direct mail application.
Pros: Easy To Use

Cardscan Executive: Simply a luxury!

I´m having hundreds and hundreds of business cards from my customers. A lot of space on my desk was dedicated to special business cards boxes (at least 3) and now all this business cards was destroyed.

Save Time and Stay Up To Date

I use the product at my job and it works great! I like the online backup and the cardscan update service. The scanner does have issues reading some types of cards so you have to review each scanned card to correct any misreads. Outside of that I would recommend it for keeping your contacts up to date.
