Maximizing the network effect

As an IT industry analyst with Longhaus meeting people and talking to them about technology is a core part of our research process. Before using CardScan there was simply no way I could ever have maintained contact with key contacts who may be able to provide that critical insight into the trends we see in the IT market. CardScan has allowed me to build up an extensive network of people across my industry. The regaulr requests for updates generated by CardScan online on my behalf is also a great way of keeping my name and our brand top of mind with those people I've previously encoutnered. CardScan helps to create a network effect I could neve hope to achieve with a manual approach.

Not Perfect but Indispensible

You still have to verify each card individually as there is no guarantee that the right data will be automatically recognized and extracted, but the alternative of manually typing cards is at least twice as time-consuming. The other key benefit - scan the cards and throw them away - no need to let them pile-up, as you will have them in the Crad Scan DB.

I use the product to organize all of the business cards I get on a daily basis through my sales job. CardScan makes it far easier to enter those contacts, and store/use them electroincally.
Pros: Good Resolution, Does the work for you, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use
