I use CardScan to maintain all of our customer and collegue information. It is great to have a tool that consolidates them all. The search functionality is really great, you can search on just about any catagory! We are a new company to the USA and it's very helpful in keeping this aspect of our office organized. However, I am struggling trying to sync it to our Nokia E71X.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly

I'm on my second Cardscan. Got the first when they just came out. Scanner is rock solid... just needs to be smaller. Size of a mouse, cards fed the long way would be ideal. Software does a good job syncing with major tools. Better hooks into those tools would be ideal. Being inside Notes or Outlook and cutting and pasting from email contact info right into Cardscan would be awesome.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult To Transport, Difficult To Sync

Great Product. I even have friends come by and try and use it. Works well no real problems. I only wish now that someone else can just run them through the scanner....wouldn't that be easy!

I have been using CardScan Executive to digitize several thousand business cards from my worldwide contacts. There has been very few problems with the US or foreign cards. I only have had problems with cards that use "creative" graphics which are difficult for CardScan to interpret.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use

How CardScan helps me...

I am an avid CardScan user. The scanner and software allow me to collect business cards from trade shows, business contacts and save them in an easily accessible format - espcially when I am on the road. I travel exclusively and don't want to carry another notebook of business cards, and don't have the time to manually enter card info to my laptop. I always scan notes from the back of the cards where it is immediately available. With the CardScan software it is an easy task to add categories to know where my contacts came from. thanks for a great product!![@]

Card Scan Executive for PC

This is a great card scanner. I tried the small personal card scanner and it had a lot of problems with the OCR and I had to reenter information. This color scanner has no problem and is very easy to use. Click on card then find duplicates and it is very easy to transfer information from one to the other. I was very impressed. I have told many of my businss associates this is a must have for keeping up with your clients or customers.
