I use this product since more then 10 years and I love it. It helps me to keep my contacts up to date and syncs perfectly with Outlook 2007 and my PDA. Right now I face the challenge that it does not support Office 2010 64Bit but I hope that this will be available soon.

Cons: No 64Bit support yet

Takes the drudge out of data entry

Hardware reliable and card scanning very easy and simple. Searching on any data is so useful for remembering contacts. Moving cards between databases, and copying corrected company office data onto a new scan is laborious. Expensive, especially if software is not updated

Cons: Difficult To Sync

Great piece of kit. Initially seemed expensive but have been proved wrong with the clarity of the scanning. Everyone in our office is well impressed by the system as a whole. You need to check all information carefully as some of the fields do get mixed, but in general the scanning is accurate.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Search

I take it with me on my travels. Easy to pack, use and great for use in different languages. I can show someone info in Chinese from the scan. Con: - does not have a feature to print the back of the card (therefore requiring a laptop to show taxi drivers an address in Chinese!)
