Love this Product

We love being able to access it through an internet based At Your Service link. We use it primarily as our contact database of clients and vendors. It's very easy to use. When our project managers are in the field they are able to access it to gain contact info and avoid phone calls back to the office to get the info, although we are there to help. We've been taking all our files and going thru and entering all contacts into this database. Sorting thru categories is our most used feature. When we need to find (ex: pipe contractors), voila, there they are (as long as we've selected the right categories for them when entering them in the databse). Thanks it's a great product.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Use

This is the best investment of money, It let you have all your contacts, I spend 4 hours sync over 3000 cards, In fact took me more to discard the old one than scaned and sync with my Outlook and Phone.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Easy to Sync

I always collect cards when applicable and CardScan makes it so easy for a "administratively challenged" salesman. Easy to prioritise, sort on contact source, etc. I use DYMO for labels and regular printer to generate contact and call lists.

Great product but need iPhone App

Time Saver

Overall a very good product - I have purchased about 8 units in my time in sales for myself and my team. The recognition has gotten better. The downside is that it has a hard time with any non standard font and also has challenges with "I's" and "L's" often juxstiposing one for the other. Given that challenge, you lose a little effeciency through proofreading but it still beats hand entering. For what you pay for it, it is a good and necessary investment.

Power within one self.

I'm using the product to scan all the cards for my employer. This product is good as it comes under one system and we can search for a particular detail quickly. The only problem that occurs is inaccuracy. The object's scanned might not be accurate as appeared in the system. We have to manually correct it and this wastes time.
