CardScan Software is Excellent

Card Scan is great to capture Images of Business Cards, but requires time to correct inaccurate OCR... eg. for non-US and non-European (major countries) scanning of business cards is inaccurate! One main example that occurs 90% of the time is: P. O. Box xxxxxx, unfortunately for a large number of countries, CardScan does not do an intelligent scan for this string and ends up putting the POBox number in the Postal Code field (Zip Code) ... Other times, it puts the city and the country with the address field rather than in the appropriate city and country fields... correcting takes a lot of time...

I like being able to keep up with all my contacts.

Love this Product

We love being able to access it through an internet based At Your Service link. We use it primarily as our contact database of clients and vendors. It's very easy to use. When our project managers are in the field they are able to access it to gain contact info and avoid phone calls back to the office to get the info, although we are there to help. We've been taking all our files and going thru and entering all contacts into this database. Sorting thru categories is our most used feature. When we need to find (ex: pipe contractors), voila, there they are (as long as we've selected the right categories for them when entering them in the databse). Thanks it's a great product.
