I use this product to keep track of all the people we met. We get so many cards. This really cuts down the work to track everyone and the search is so easy to bring people up when information is need. I haven't networked it yet. But once we do it will be even more effective.

Great Tool for Contact Management

Very easy to synch to my PDA so I have all contact info in my hand as I am calling on accounts in the field. Very easy to sort by word, name, company, etc. to track progress on promotions, etc. I would like to find a way to print the contact record with only the latest note as opposed to having to print the entire history.

Great way to capture cards & update info

I use it to front-end data entry into Outlook and SalesForce and also starting to use it to automatically keep contacts up-to-date. Much better recognition and speed than previous incarnations. Like the Verify function and the ability to batch enter cards applying similar characteristics (same notes, categories, for example after a trade show). Would like to see a standard template for exporting to salesforce.com, the ability to easily add more fields akin to the notes field and a more robust copy function when you're adding multiple contacts from same company, for example.
