Excellent product. 99% accurate in my experience. Very helpful at synching lotus notes and blackberry contact information when corporate systems do not allow contacts to synch between notes and blackberry

Card scan kinks

the products offers many things; however, I find it difficult to initiate the scan at times and it often gets stuck--particulary if the card is of a thicker grade. Isn't there any way to correct this? It is quite frustrating and the time I take to try to scan, I could have typed everything in Outlook. Again, offers many quality features, but needs to get some of the bugs out of it.

Cons: Difficult To Sync

I maintain the contact information for everyone in my department. I wish I could name each batch so that when it synchronizes to my Outlook I know which cards belong to me or to the others in my department.

I had seen some other products out there and they were difficult to use and confusing. the CardScan is the easiest and fastest scanner I have seen and have actively been using it for two years with zero problems. It is a must for those that gather alot of business cards.

Scan card into Card Scan and then sync with my Lotus Notes Address Book. Nearly cuts out any manual input.
