Great tool for managing contacts

I went through a backlog of over 400 business cards in about two hours. Really strong software, able to distinguish between and extract contact name, company name, phone numbers, email, etc. Saves image of card so handwritten notes aren't lost.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately

In the marketing world my goal is to build my database of contacts. I may not always remember a face or name, but I can always put a business card with a meeting. So, it is very important for me to be able to have a quick reference of a business card whole on the road.

Tedious No More!

Great product! Makes what used to be a very tedious task quick and easy. I no longer dread tradeshows and conferences that produce a large quantity of business cards. It's a snap to get the new contacts into Outlook using CardScan.

I use it to scan in cards collected at trade shows. It does an excellent job. It does have too many pop-ups asking if you want to enroll in or purchased more services.

Meets all my expectations

I have been using this product since 2004 and it has met all of my expectations. I thought of upgrading to the newer version, but the original one I bought still does everything that I need. I have been extremely satisfied with this product.
