Left behind by Blackberry generation

Used to use this all the time as it synched with my Palm Treo 650. New more frustrated by lack of connectivity with Blackberry outside of US. A loyal customer and advocate for 10 plus years but now seeking alternate solutions.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution
Cons: Not work with BB Asia

I wish it would connect to Skype, I have to Copy and past a number in order to use Skype, I wish you'd double click on a number and it will automatically start a call, something it happens on websites I know it could be done from the software. another opportunity to improve the product, is that not all the phones in the database are shown when a card is displayed, sometimes I have to click on the littel arrow to display the mobile number

i love the ease of use from the time you input the card to the time you move onto the next card. i loooove that you can drag and drop from the internet!!! can it get easier than that? i love the many many various sort features. you can find things in so many ways. i love the fact that you can import the back of the business card. that's where all my notes are!!! i really like the time and date stamp as i put in my notes the sync features are very fleible and very easy to use. i enter the card and voila it's also in my outlook!

I had over 1000 cards from trade shows that I just didn't want to spend the time entering into Outlook so I purchased the Executive and had all 1171 cards entered and verified in just over a day. It would have taken me weeks to manually enter in all the information.

Great tool for managing contacts

I went through a backlog of over 400 business cards in about two hours. Really strong software, able to distinguish between and extract contact name, company name, phone numbers, email, etc. Saves image of card so handwritten notes aren't lost.
