Cardscan is a great organizer

I have owned and use my Cardscan for 7 years now through two different careers - each has its own folder to keep them organized. When I get a card, it goes into cardscan; when I don't, I create a card. This is ORGANIZATION CENTRAL for me!

Could never find time to organize contacts and include categories. A great tool for sales people and others in need of off-line secure storage of contacts so that you can access data from other locations

Card Scan keep me on top of my game

I use the contact and online service for several different things. First of all, it backs up my contacts. I have had 2 laptops stolen in the past several years and Cardscan has saved me a lot of heartache. Easy to downoad all of my contacts back onto my laptop so I never skip a beat. I also use it to sync with my Outlook and Blackberry.

This is an excellent product and has saved us hours and hours of staff time and has removed the shoeboxes of business cards everyone had
