Good overall experience but some difficulty trying to get the program to synchronize with my Lotus Notes Enterprise Installation that relies on Citrix Servers for access.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Difficult to Synch wLotus

things that are great about this product include the fact that it saves you so much time in maintaining, inputting and tracking contacts. this puts the fun back into networking/staying in touch with people

Flawless Hardware, Good Software

Unhappy about two things: 1) that I can't sync my contact information with my Lotus Notes address book - Lotus Notes on my company server, and 2) that I cannot copy a contact's information from my contact list and paste it elsewhere - like into an email to a colleague.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution
Cons: Can't copy whole to paste, No Sync Lotus Notes Servr
