Organize business contacts in minutes

It so easy to use , I just take a stack of business cards from a trade show or customer meeting, Scan them with my Card Scan Executive scanner and within a few short minuets I am syncing up with my email system, sending follow up email or making calls from the easy to use Card Scan roll-a-dex application.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately
Cons: Works Slowly

Good basic database

Good central database for contacts and can export to just about any application. WOuld like the "At Your Service" web backup to provide an LDAP access to contacts so that they can be taken on mobile devices. Searching is not as smooth as it could be though the duplicate finder is great for merging and cleaning up contacts. Overall a good product for starting out.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport
Cons: No LDAP Access, Difficult To Search

Backing up my Outlook. When my Outlook failed I was devistated but to my rescue came CardScan. What I thought was lost was retrievable. Thanks CardScan

I have gotten to know customer service because one person seems to be better than the next - they have all been great. They are very patient, experienced and willing to help when they can with ACT and Outlook. I highly recommend the product and the customer service staff!

Able to find names with information esily using "search" option & organized contacts very well. Also easy to edit, add, & delete contacts quickly. Great program for any busines as well as for personel use!

Excellent software

The software is what makes this product. The scanner is good, too: fast and high resultion, which you need for business cards. Taking a portable scanner on business trips means you can scan people in while you still remember the details. The software syncs beautifully with Outlook, and is superb about guessing what field to put something in. The only thing I didn't like was the application which offered to email all my business contacts for updates, which I thought was a fast way to lose contacts.
