A real timesaver

The product works well but is not so intuitive regarding duplicates. It offers updates that precede the contact on file, so they are offering the expired information as an update, which makes the mass acceptance of them (updates) imprudent and forces one to go thorough them one at a time, which is not so productive.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Sync

Great Time Saver!

I meet with a lot of people. Before using CardScan I found my stacks of business cards wasting my time to find information and eventually capture links. Now that my smartphone and PC are in synch and having immediate capture via CardScan my work and life is simpler and easier.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Back side notes capture

A lot of my customers use your CardScan so I thought it would be a lot easier if I did as well. always difficult keeping current with contacts and this makes it a lot easier.

Keeping track of sales calls and contacts. saves a lot of keybosrd drudgery! Cannont use with laptop in the field!

CardScan Executive Does the JOB

Scan business cards for database. It's easy to use BUT I would like to adjust the input fields. Such as Mobile number should be one of the constant visible fields. I should not have to use the drop down every time I scan a card. Most business cards 'today' have phone, cell and some still have fax numbers. ALSO a 'few' cards have two partners on the same card. Give me a field that allows a second name on the input fields. That could be a drop down.
