If you open the box and expect to use this product without support your dreaming. Cardscan Customer support defaults to reload your operating system or email template. They will not go deep to fix your problems. Unfortunate they just don't get it.
Pros: Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Difficult To Transport

This product is great for storing and organizing business contacts. You not only have the contact in your database, but you can also retrieve their business card image and forward the card to others. And better yet, you can throw the all those pesky cards away.

I use this tool to store all of the business cards i receive. Often,i will remember a first or last name and the search function does the rest.

What an amazng way to organize contacts!

This has made that pile of cards I've collected over the years useful again! Once scanned, I categorize and add notes that I can use as tags for later searches. Everything becomes very organized and accessable. The only issue I have with the software is a small one - the interface. Although the interface is very functional, it might be time to update it's appearance. Overall, an excellent software/hardware combo.
