Card Scan Executive lives up to its claims. There support staff are some of the best I have ever dealt with. I have e-mailed and called them on different ocassions and they have never failed to answer my questions.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Card Scan WORKS, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately

This is a great time saver for the busy Sales person. It does have a few issues when synchronizing. The big one is the duplicates that come up. The other is I feature that could remove duplicates in a few clicks.

for decades i went through the hassle of collecting business cards (i estimate through my various community and business ventures i get 500-1000 a year) and typing them into ACT as my personal contact manager since 1994in 2000 i discovered cardscan through a friend .. originally bought the card scanning sheet with the cardscan software used through [...] and 12 months later bought a full edition .. i break mine about every 24 months and buy a new one and it is worth every penny (my fault not theirs .. last time i dropped it out of my car window which is a long story and then there was the martini incident at a connference !!!)i will hang up my cardscan the day i die
