Very basic Too pricey for performance

If you could drag the highlighted scan frame on the card to expand or move the selection, that would rate a 10. It looses the Outlook form in transfer, we then get error messages in Outlook. I suggest spending more time on product and software development and less time on online storage.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly
Cons: Inaccurate, Can't drag scan frame, Looses Outlook Forms

I scanned in a stack of cards about 2" high. It took less than 15 minutes to get them all in and I was able to confirm the accuracy during the course of a 30 minute conference call. When I synced the contacts with my Outlook (2007), it brought the card images over to Outlook. I love that feature. I understand that this does not work with prior versions of Outlook and is an issue with the Outlook product, not the scanner software. In the entire stack, I only had to make about 10 corrections. Those were usually odd or wide font that was misread. For example a capital W in a wider font might be seen as two Vs. Overall, the accuracy was far better than I expected.

Search in data file is wonderfully useful. OCR in system is as good as anything I have used. Has even correctly read hand lettered numbers and word "cell" on card. Wish there was a way to scan small photos and store as JPG or similar file. Wish there was a way to not have to fill in this expletive registration again when I move this to a new computer again. I've been a user for years. Add your own cons has not enough space to write a sentence!
