Stay up to date without losing time

I often found myself with stacks of business cards that I never got around to inputting the info. in my database but now I can quickly scan in the info and have my database up to date. It is very easy to use and I love that I can use the online CardScan to access info or have the person keep their own info. up to date.
Pros: Easy To Use, Reliable Performance, Quality Construction, Small Footprint, Works Efficiently

CardScan saves me time so I can focus on other things instead of entering in customer data all the time! I can now scan cards and take customers to lunch and dinner allot faster.

The perfect networking tool

I am throroughly impressed by CardScan. As a communications consultant managing my contacts database is critical. Not only is it easy to use amd simple to migrate data to my other contacts and vice versa but it also re-organised the way in which I network professionally. Put simply, I no longer have to manually type the contact details from business cards into Outlook. In one hit I got three enormous piles of business cards off my desk in a matter of hours. I now have a workable and useable database for Christmas Cards and other marketing mail outs etc. The CardScan update service re-acquainted me with an old contact which has resulted in new business for my consultancy. So not only does the product work, it actually makes you money!!! Great stuff.
