Some of the upates that come back are out of date. This need to be seriously looked into.

This product got the stacks of business cards off my desk a cleaned it up. Love the product I just wish that it would sync up outlook categories so if a add a category in card scan it will transfer to outlook.

Love the product I just wish you could have your software as a part of Outlook instead of having to load a whole other PIM. To transport or use on another computer you need to load too much software.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Difficult To Transport

My laptop was stolen and all my contacts where not backed up. The only exception was what I had scanned and saved at Cardscan.net.

The "CRM" feature does not really help you capture conversations, actions or follow up actions. It is a good product to simply caputure business contacts.
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly
Cons: Poor CRM application, Some Scan Inaccuracy
